Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

For eligible cancellations, the refund will be initiated within 3 working days and credited to the original payment method. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
